All rooms have a TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast buffet includes fresh fruit, cheeses and yoghurts. Continental breakfast and porridge are available and special diets can be accommodated when requested in advance.

Directions
Edinburgh - Train: You can travel directly to Edinburgh Waverly from London, Plymouth, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, and many other cities and towns. For information click on GNER and Virgin Trains The Abbotsford Guest House is only a 15 - 20 minute walk from the station, or a 5 minute cab ride. br/ br/ Edinburgh - Road: Head down on the A900 which is signposted for Leith. You will come to a large roundabout and you will then need to carry straight on (leaving by the second exit on you left). At this point you should pass the Playhouse Theatre on your RHS. You will then reach a second roundabout and again head straight on. Continue downhill, on Leith Walk for about ten minutes and you will find our street (Pilrig Street) to be the 3rd major street on your LHS with traffic lights. br/ br/ Airport - Air: On arrival at Edinburgh Airport you can take the airport bus to Waverley train station, and then a taxi costing about �4. A taxi direct from the airport will cost about �17 - �20.
