Princes Street - Train: Make your way to Hanover Street (bus stop at Miss Selfridge store). Take the No. 42 bus. Ask the driver to let you off at the bus stop after Mayfield Church on Mayfield Road. The bus stop is just beyond the entrance to Highfield Guest House. Or go to North Bridge (east end of Princes St/Balmoral Hotel). Take a No 3, 7, 8, 29, 31, 37, 47 to Craigmillar Park Road. Cross the road and make your way along East Saville Road to Mayfield Road. Turn right. The Highfield is before the traffic lights. br/ br/ St Andrews Square Bus Station - Bus: Make your way to Hanover Street (bus stop at Miss Selfridge store). Take the No. 42 bus. Go through the traffic lights at the University King s Buildings and continue on Mayfield Road. The Highfield is situated on the right hand side before the traffic lights. br/ br/ Airport - Air: From Edinburgh Airport follow the road signs for the City Bypass south (A720) and continue on the City Bypass, take the exit at Straiton Junction. Follow the A701 into the City Centre. At the foot of Liberton Brae take the left hand fork onto Mayfield Road. Go through the traffic lights at the University King s Buildings and continue on Mayfield Road. The Highfield is situated on the right hand side before the traffic lights. br/ br/ Rosyth Ferry - Boat: From Rosyth ferry terminal, cross the Forth Road Bridge and head onto the City Bypass south and take the exit at Straiton junction. Follow the A701 into the City centre until you reach the bottom of Liberton Brae. Take the left hand fork onto Mayfield Road and go through the traffic lights at the University King s Buildings a nd continue on Mayfield Road. The Highfield Guest House is situated on the right hand side, before the traffic lights.
